In this role, you wear several hats: part consultant, part coach and part driver. You will work with our sales teams across TELUS to advise business leaders on people solutions that support their business goals.

You will enjoy working in our dynamic, cross-functional environment where you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and business units to make great things happen. In addition to building your network in a wide stakeholder group, you will get to flex your creativity and program management skills by enhancing, designing and implementing rewards programs to support our sales teams. Here's How

  • Help shape the future of TELUS Global Rewards programs by managing our rewards portfolio, including recognition programs & Power of TELUS Cross-Sell compensation program
  • Support the annual refresh, launch & day to day program management & governance of recognition programs and Power of TELUS Cross-Sell compensation programs & incentives
  • Support new rewards programs, like cross-sell, in partnership with sales Business Unit partners using a global lens
  • Partner with stakeholders across sales and enablement teams to continue to evolve how we effectively motivate the performance of our sales teams to help incentivize and drive sales motivations and behaviors
  • Act as a trusted partners to Business leaders and the People & Culture team; consult and advise on Sales rewards programs to elevate our winning culture as a sustainable competitive advantage
  • Provide thought leadership, market intelligence and best practice to clients on rewards programs to improve organizational capability
  • Drive regular governance forums to ensure alignment in decision making between P&C and Sales & Enablement teams across various business units
  • Foster a continuous improvement mindset; continually look for opportunities to increase the ROI of people programs and ways to improve the internal client experience and drive a culture of appreciation

Qualifications

  • Consultant: exceptional collaboration, relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills, including compelling storytelling and presentation to executive audiences, and advanced stakeholder management
  • Problem solver: the fundamentals of taking a problem, examining the challenge, building recommendations and executing on those recommendations
  • Compelling communicator: clear, concise and influential in all aspects of communication
  • Big thinker: strategic, critical and creative
  • Driver: proven track record leading and delivering on multiple, complex initiatives simultaneously from creation to tactical implementation
  • Decisive: grounded in data where there's more than your gut
  • Experienced change management & marketing program management lead: end-to-end ownership of large scale initiatives. Successful track record as a program owner, with the ability to consistently execute effectively end-to-end
  • Analyst: strong business and financial acumen, including experience using financial modeling skills to create sound business cases
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education
  • Demonstrated experience influencing executives including VPs and Senior Vice Presidents
