The Practice:

You will work with a team of Leading Practitioners having deep functional & industry knowledge specializing in the area of Asset Integrity and Reliability Management, Master Data Management, EAM & Maintenance Execution, Material & MRO Management, Industry Analytics and Digital Industrial Workforce. We Serve Across Various industries like Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, Utilities, Chemical, Discrete & continuous manufacturing.

The Work:

  • Focus on the Metals & Mining industry connecting with our different teams servicing the customers in the space.
  • Support of projects and manage activities, plans, and schedules associated with deliverables and milestones.
  • Perform analysis studies in maintenance, reliability, sanitation, and management systems.
  • Analyze data, evaluate results, and develop recommendations and road maps for assigned workstream / area.
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with key cross functional leaders, change sponsors, and project team members.
  • Educate and coach project team members, sponsors, and functional leaders on change management principles, tools, and their roles in effective change.
  • Recommend appropriate new or revised change management tools and practices.
  • Ability to perform 75% travel from Monday through Thursday.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years’ experience in maintenance management or as part of a consulting practice focused on maintenance, reliability, and operational excellence.
  • 6+ years’ experience in discrete or process manufacturing industries
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Mining industry
  • Experience in M&R best practices, root cause analysis, criticality analysis and lifecycle management
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
  • Candidate must be perfectly bilingual and have experience working in a Quebec Operations environment.
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Preferred Skills

  • Expertise in Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, RCM, FMEA, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Inventory and Warehouse Management, CMMS and/or EAM
  • Background in Maintenance Management, MRO Inventory Management and/or Reliability Engineering
  • Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) preferred.
  • Working knowledge of common maintenance systems to include SAP PM, Oracle eAM, and IBM Maximo; Experience with Meridium/GE APM, EAM SI and RBMI
  • Master’s Degree or MBA

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
