We are looking for a Configurator to join our team in our Montreal office!

As a Configurator, you will be responsible for supporting users in customizing products to meet insurer requirements and business standards, ensuring compliance. Additionally, you'll enable teams to select features based on their preferences, enhancing customer and colleague satisfaction through personalized experiences.

Your day as a Configurator

  • Assist users in customizing and configuring products to align with insurer's Delegated Underwriting Authority (DUA) and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure products meet business requirements while allowing teams to select features, options, or specifications according to their preferences.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand specific needs and preferences, aiming for a personalized customer and colleague experience.
  • Implement configurations that comply with regulatory standards and business policies.
  • Enable teams to choose from a range of features, options, and specifications to tailor products to individual requirements.
  • Enhance customer and colleague satisfaction by providing personalized product configurations.
  • Strive for a seamless and intuitive customization process that meets both compliance and business requirements.
  • Provide support and guidance to users throughout the customization and configuration process.
  • Continuously seek feedback from users to optimize product configurations and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Maintain awareness of industry regulations and best practices to ensure configurations remain compliant and up to date.

Our ideal candidate

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge in PowerApps Suite.
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Dedication to providing a positive experience for customers and colleagues through attentive support and personalized solutions.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
