The SAP S4 CoE's mandate is to deliver and/or manage the delivery of SAP services for BRPs SAP S4 solution to be thought leaders in the SAP S4 domain, to support the solution, to resolve incidents, to implement enhancements, and to support project delivery while also protecting the integrity of the solution.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Leadership:

  • Identify opportunities to improve team operations to better support compliance processes and reporting.

Operational Execution:

  • Support the execution of all activities applicable to the SAP S4 solution needed to achieve and maintain adherence with the requirements, regulations, laws and BRP policies related to Compliance, Security, Controls and Data Privacy.
  • Monitor, identify, and support the remediation of potential or actual risks in the S4 solution related to Compliance, Security, Controls and Data Privacy.
  • Facilitate the response to all requests and audits related to Compliance, Security, Controls and Data Privacy.
  • Support the remediation of any identified issues/incidents in the S4 solution related to Compliance, Security, Controls and Data Privacy.
  • Help with the delivery of briefings and, if appropriate, training when requirements change or there are changes in requirements or because of control weaknesses or failures.
  • Support the process to obtain approvals and to Create, Change, Modify and/or delete Security Roles related to the SAP S4 solution.
  • Aid in the process and provide the approvals to Create, Change, Modify and/or delete FireFighter IDs (FFID).
  • Support the process to review, remediate, and approve FFID logs in the timelines required to maintain compliance.
  • Assist in the process to review, remediate, and approve ITGCs and maintain the SAP S4 solution's adherence to the correct ITGCs.
  • Proactively generate compliance reports, audit trails, and logs as required.
  • Assist in internal and external audits related to SAP S4 compliance, data protection, and SOX compliance.
  • Support the maintenance of comprehensive documentation and history of all Compliance and security elements related to S4.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Information Technology, Compliance, or Data Privacy.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, data privacy laws, ITGC standards, and SOX requirements is required.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or other relevant certifications is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAP GRC and Security is required, and certification is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with SAP SolMan and ServiceNow is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with ITIL/ITSM is beneficial.
  • The ability to communicate in English is a requirement to work with international business partners.
