Job Overview:

Reporting to the manager of Capital planning, the Sr. analyst Capital Planning will actively support the management of RBI's long-term capital resources, ensuring accurate capital allocation forecasts and assisting in evaluating financial performance of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with various teams to enhance financial forecasting of long-term assets
  • Build financial models from scratch and/or improve existing models to enhance insights
  • Monthly recurring activities:
    • Analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, plan (budget), and prior/future years
    • Prepare monthly review materials for executive management
    • Load planning and forecast data into Onestream and reconcile differences between systems
  • Assist in special and ad hoc projects or duties, as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 0-2 years of professional experience
  • Previous experience in investment banking, consulting, or FP&A
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
  • Have an ownership mentality and strong attention to details
  • Team player with a proven ability to manage tight deadlines on various projects in a fast-paced environment
