Job Overview:
The Manager, Treasury will actively support RBI’s global cash, debt & derivatives management, interest expense forecasting, intercompany distribution and lending transactions, and other duties as required.
Responsibilities:
- Actively support cash management of ~$1bn global liquidity
- Manage RBI’s global portfolio of intercompany loans, lead company’s intercompany distribution & lending processes, and assist Tax team on various Tax structuring initiatives
- Working closely with Tax and Accounting to manage cash movements within RBI's corporate structure to service monthly and quarterly external interest and dividend payments
- Monthly recurring activities:
- Prepare annual and multi-year interest expense forecast for senior Leadership
- Prepare monthly closing materials on RBI’s key KPIs from a debt & liquidity perspective
- Assist with opportune debt refinancing’s and derivatives structuring of RBI’s current capital structure
- Maintain and update all bank accounts, banking details, banking signors and user access across all banking partners
- Ensure that banking KYC and compliance requests are completely accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist in special and ad hoc projects or duties, as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- 2-4 years of professional experience
- Previous experience in Finance/Treasury or Accounting related fields
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
- Experience with SAP and Bloomberg would be a plus
- Have an ownership mentality and is self-sufficient
- Team player with a proven ability to manage tight deadlines on various projects in a fast-paced environment
