Overview

As the Client Solutions Associate, reporting to the VP of Operations & Client Services, you will assist in the overall branch workflow process. You will build documents using word processing equipment, which include letters, memos, forms, reports, dictation, certificates of insurance and bonds. In partnership with the rest of the team, you will deliver tailored bonding and insurance solutions to our clients, for securing contracted work.

Work Environment Hybrid (Agile) – We at Gallagher enjoy the benefits of working remotely while also collaborating and interacting with each other in the office.

  • Aid in the preparation of invoices, certificates of insurance and letters of insurance undertaking, with the direction from the team.
  • Collaborating in the creation of client presentations, preparing RFPs and further strengthening relationships with our Surety partners.
  • Continue to build Surety and Insurance subject matter expertise and upgrading your skills and knowledge through practice and education on relative coverage lines, insurance products and client management systems.

  • Working collaboratively and building relationships comes naturally to you, whether that’s with surety clients or colleagues - people love working with you, and you with them.
