BC Emergency Health Services (BCEHS) is hiring a newly created position, Project Coordinator, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI).
Role Summary
Reporting to the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), the project coordinator position leads and implements DEI projects and initiatives across BCEHS in support of delivering on our organizational commitment for a safe and diverse workforce reflective of the communities we serve, and sustaining a workplace culture that is anti-racist, inclusive, welcoming and supportive of diversity.

BC Emergency Health Services provides provincial emergency medical care and patient transfer services to every community in British Columbia.

Salary Range: $60,427 - $86,863
The starting salary for this position would be determined with consideration of the successful candidate's relevant education and experience and would be in alignment with the provincial compensation reference plan.
Location: BC (Hybrid)
