Reporting to the Director, Asset Management and Business Performance, this position will assist in achieving deliverables related to the Real Estate Services and Operating Budget functions for Facilities Management and Development (FMD). This position will lead the negotiation and review of various property agreements. This role will support in achieving and monitoring Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) related to property such as developing a land strategy to recommend how to extract value from excess lands and passive buildings. This position will also assist in looking for grant opportunities for capital projects, help in preparing/submitting applications for external grants, and assist the director in the monthly and quarterly operating budget monitoring and forecasting for FMD.

Remuneration: $64,791.48- $ 87,098.70 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package. (Classification - Admin Officer II).
This position is covered by the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees (AUPE) Collective Agreement.
