Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst Location: Pickering, ON Work Arrangement: Onsite – 5 days/week Duration: 6+ month contract with a strong possibility of extension or permanent hire Shift: M-F 9-5 Key Responsibilities: • Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities • Manage month-end close activities, including accruals, journal entries, and variance analysis • Develop financial models, business cases, and profitability analysis • Build executive dashboards and management reporting packages • Drive finance process automation and continuous improvement initiatives • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to support business decisions What we're looking for: • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis (manufacturing experience preferred) • Hands-on experience with SAP (FI/CO preferred) • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Experience with Power BI or Tableau • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and stakeholder management skills • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field • CPA designation (completed or in progress) is an asset Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide. Requirements
Candidates need over 5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, preferably within the manufacturing sector, and proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel. A bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field is required, and a CPA designation is considered an asset.
