Process transactions and manage incoming requests through a ticketing queue, ensuring accuracy, timely completion, and compliance with procedures and service-level agreements. Investigate and resolve operational issues, respond to inquiries, maintain accurate records, escalate complex matters, and identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.

Support the MD&A team by cross-referencing source documents and verifying changes to sensitive disclosure materials ahead of external earnings. Audit tables, commentary, the French MD&A, and the Earnings Release, while supporting the Finance Manager with auditing tasks.

Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities, including accruals, journal entries, and variance analysis. Develop financial models and reporting, automate finance processes, and partner with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to support business decisions.
