Lead a team responsible for investment operations and client reporting across Canadian and U.S. accounts, ensuring accurate client statements, performance reports, tax slips, and annual reporting. Own operational controls and reporting systems, manage vendors and escalations, and drive technology enhancements, incident remediation, and process improvements.
