Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 4 years of administrative or client service experience, preferably in financial services, banking, legal, insurance, accounting, or another detail-oriented professional environment. College diploma or university degree in Business, Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to produce accurate, high-quality work. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and client-focused approach. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to work independently, think critically, and solve problems with minimal supervision. Highly resourceful with a proactive mindset and a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word. Comfortable learning new technology and working within multiple software systems. High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential client information. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and accuracy is essential.
