Role Description We are seeking a Licensed Advisor Assistant in Wealth Management for a full-time, on-site role located in Hamilton, ON. This position involves supporting financial advisors by preparing reports, managing client accounts, coordinating appointments, and assisting with compliance documentation. The assistant will also handle administrative tasks, ensure exceptional client service, and contribute to the overall success of the wealth management team. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing financial reports, managing client portfolios, and coordinating schedules Strong organizational and administrative skills for handling complex documentation and maintaining compliance MFDA License LLQP License - preferred but not necessary Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions and correspondence Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and discretion in managing sensitive financial information Relevant certifications or financial advisory experience is a plus Proficiency in financial software systems and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred
