About The Opportunity A well-established, family-owned organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its growing finance team. This role is responsible for analyzing financial data, supporting business performance, maintaining financial records, and providing insights that help drive strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Process sales and leasing transactions within the organization's ERP system. Partner with the sales team to evaluate sales and leasing opportunities. Reconcile and maintain financing, debt, lease receivable, and fixed asset schedules and supporting sub-ledgers. Ensure accurate costing within sales and service templates. Prepare weekly progress reports related to sales transactions. Perform month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. Assist with interim and year-end audit preparation. Coordinate annual inventory processes. Prepare and file indirect tax returns. Conduct financial analysis and support special projects as assigned. Qualifications Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation or actively working toward completion. Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting or financial analysis experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems required; CRM experience is considered an asset.
