Location of employment: Laval, hybrid work mode In order to support our brokers in the file placement process, Synex Assurance | Invessa is looking for a person with great analytical and synthesis skills and a passion for insurance. Responsibilities Related To This Role Assist brokers in placing files and ensuring follow-up; In collaboration with brokers, establish an investment strategy; Negotiate renewal conditions and insurance coverage with insurers; Make sure to obtain all the necessary documentation in order to obtain favorable conditions for the placement of the file; Check the conformity of requests received; Stay on the lookout for new products offered by insurers; Take an interest in new market trends and ensure the transfer of information within internal teams; Coordinate the process and communicate the progress of the file to the various stakeholders (brokers, insurers, and policyholders); All other related tasks related to the placement service. The DNA Sought Hold a certificate in business damage insurance issued by the Financial Markets Authority; Accumulate professional experience of more than 5 years in commercial insurance; Master the tools of the Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.); Be familiar with the use of computer systems, in particular the use of Acturis software (an asset); Have excellent organizational skills; Demonstrate autonomy and resourcefulness; Seek to work as a team and encourage collaboration; Demonstrate high professional ethics. Requirements

Requires a business damage insurance certificate issued by the Financial Markets Authority and more than five years of commercial insurance experience. Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office, have strong organizational and analytical abilities, work autonomously and collaboratively, and demonstrate high professional ethics; familiarity with Acturis is an asset.
