Job Description Build an Aviation Career You’re Proud Of We are looking for an experienced Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury team for a three-month term. This is an immediate opportunity for someone with a strong treasury, finance or accounting background who can quickly step in and support our day-to-day cash management and banking activities. We have flexibility on the pay rate for the right candidate, based on experience. You’ll work closely with the Treasury team on daily cash reporting, bank reconciliations, journal entries and account analysis. Strong reconciliation experience is essential for success in this role. What You’ll Do Prepare Daily Cash report for distribution to senior management, analyze bank activity to determine daily cash sources and uses Complete bank reconciliations for month end reporting Record journal entry transactions in the ERP system weekly Analyze account activity: bank fees, FX gain/loss, interest & debt Liaise with internal team members, banks & financial institutions for discrepancies and general inquiries Develop monitoring reports and alerts for Treasury team Ensure compliance with SOX, GAAP and regulatory requirements for treasury operations Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, treasury or a related role Strong hands-on reconciliation experience, including investigating and resolving discrepancies Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Ability to quickly learn processes and work independently with minimal ramp-up Must be eligible to work in Canada on a permanent basis Preferred Characteristics Previous treasury or cash management experience Experience preparing or supporting daily cash reporting Exposure to foreign exchange, interest, debt and banking transactions Experience working with ERP and financial systems Familiarity with SOX, GAAP and financial controls Comfortable working with banks, financial institutions and internal stakeholders Adaptable and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Solid understanding of accounting and financial transactions, including journal entries About Us Raising the Standard of Excellence since 1911 With over a century of proven excellence, StandardAero has become an industry leader in MRO services and customized solutions in the aerospace field.
