Technical Program Manager / Technical Program Lead **Locations:** Toronto, ON (Hybrid) OR Berkeley Heights, NJ (On-site) **Type:** FTE or Multi-Year Contract **Contract:** Through December 2026, with potential 6-month extensions **Candidates:** Canada & US candidates welcome Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Technical Program Manager / Technical Program Lead** to drive complex enterprise integration and technology modernization initiatives within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across **banking, fintech, payments, APIs, cloud technologies, data integrations, and regulated financial services environments** and will be comfortable working across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Security, Compliance, vendors, and external partners. Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology integration programs * Establish program governance, delivery plans, RAID logs, dependency management, and executive reporting * Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Security, and Compliance * Drive programs from initiation through production deployment and post-launch support * Manage API, data, cloud, platform, and operational integration workstreams * Facilitate technical design reviews and architecture discussions * Identify and resolve delivery blockers and cross-program dependencies * Communicate program status, risks, milestones, and decisions to executive leadership * Manage integrated project plans, release schedules, milestones, resource forecasting, and executive dashboards * Drive issue resolution and escalation management Required Qualifications * **8+ years** of experience delivering large-scale technology programs * **5+ years** of experience in banking, fintech, payments, cash management, or financial services * Experience leading enterprise integration, platform modernization, or acquisition integration programs * Experience with **digital assets and stablecoin initiatives** * Strong experience managing cross-functional delivery teams * Strong understanding of: * API-based integrations * AWS / cloud-native architectures * Microservices and distributed systems * Core banking or financial platforms * Payment processing and money movement * Data integration and reconciliation * Security and regulatory requirements in financial services Preferred Qualifications * PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification * Experience with banking products, deposits, treasury management, and payment networks * Digital assets and financial institution integrations * M&A / acquisition integration programs * Experience with modern banking core platforms Ideal Candidate A hands-on **Technical Program Manager / Program Lead** with strong banking and fintech experience who can effectively bridge **strategy, architecture, engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders** while driving complex integration programs to successful delivery.
