Role Description This full-time remote Financial Analyst role at SLK INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT AND LIGHTING focuses on delivering clear, data-driven insights to support business decisions. The Financial Analyst will prepare, analyze, and interpret financial reports and statements, monitor key performance indicators, and support budgeting and forecasting activities. The role includes reviewing variance analyses, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to improve financial performance and cost efficiency. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist with financial modeling for new projects or investments, and help maintain accurate financial data and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Planning skills to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations. Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements to understand balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Candidates should possess experience in Financial Reporting to prepare accurate, timely reports for management and other stakeholders. Relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are an advantage. Proficiency with spreadsheet tools and financial modeling software; strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or related sectors is beneficial but not required.
