Reporting Structure Administrative Reporting: Senior Director of Finance Functional Reporting: President Key Responsibilities Executive Reporting Produce weekly executive dashboards including: Revenue Gross margin EBITDA Cash flow Working capital Labor performance Accounts receivable Accounts payable Capital expenditures Financial Analysis Budget versus actual analysis. Forecast development. Variance analysis. Customer profitability. SKU profitability. Manufacturing cost analysis. Capital investment analysis. Return on investment calculations. Strategic Support Support major projects including: Plant expansions. Equipment investments. Banking presentations. Government funding applications. Acquisitions. Pricing decisions. Scenario modelling. Business Intelligence Develop executive dashboards and KPIs across: Signature Culinary Solutions ChefBrands Tamsco Food Systems Gourmet Food Solutions Waterside International Qualifications CPA, CFA, or progress toward designation preferred. 6-10 years of Financial Analytical role Strong Excel and financial modelling skills as well as Power Point. ERP experience. Manufacturing costing knowledge. Advanced analytical ability. Strong communication skills. Ability to explain financial information to non-financial leaders. What you’ll do
The Financial Analyst provides independent financial analysis and business intelligence to the President while collaborating with the Finance Department. Key responsibilities include producing executive dashboards, conducting financial analysis, and supporting major projects.
Requirements
Candidates should have a CPA, CFA, or be progressing toward such designations, along with 6-10 years of experience in a financial analytical role. Strong Excel skills, financial modelling expertise, and the ability to communicate financial information to non-financial leaders are essential.
