The role is responsible for planning, analysis, and reporting of R&D spend and resource allocations for the Point of Care business area. Key duties include coordinating financial cadences, optimizing capital investment projects, and providing financial insights to senior management.

The Global R&D Controller will lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities for the POC R&D function, including budgeting and forecasting. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and drive performance improvements for R&D and capital investment projects.
