You will oversee the accounting and administration departments, maintaining robust internal controls, supporting HR/payroll functions, while providing strategic financial guidance across the organization. Providing leadership, supervision, and mentorship to the accounting and administration teams Managing daily financial operations, including journal entries, AP/AR, payroll, and monthly bank/Visa reconciliations Leading the annual budgeting process and facilitating rolling TTM forecasting in alignment with company goals Preparing, analyzing, and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensuring strict legal and regulatory compliance across accounting, payroll, and financial functions Coordinating year-end financial statement preparation and working directly with external accounting firms Collaborating with operations to optimize workflows, improve operational efficiency, and control costs Grow Your Career with Us Are you the ideal candidate for this role? Requirements
Requires a university degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably with a CPA designation and proven experience in construction industry accounting. Must be proficient in QuickBooks and Google Workspace with strong leadership and analytical skills.
