Lead accounting operations and financial close across multiple sites and divisions, including reporting, reconciliations, cash management, budgeting, and manufacturing cost accounting. Manage a small finance team, maintain controls and compliance, coordinate insurance and benefits reviews, and advise the COO and operational leaders on financial performance and business decisions.
