We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst for a financial services organization in Toronto. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring four days in the office, with Fridays working remotely. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The successful candidate will help manage financial reporting and operational activities while working closely with Risk, Compliance and Strategy teams. Key Responsibilities • Manage financial reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and ensure reporting is completed accurately and on time. • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for two to three legal entities. • Review operational information to identify trends, strengthen processes and improve the overall workflow. • Support audit requests, platform updates and other ongoing business initiatives. • Maintain accurate supporting documentation and assist with operational finance inquiries. Qualifications: • CPA designation is mandatory. • 5–7+ years of experience within banking, wealth management, capital markets, fintech or another financial services environment. • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables. • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Navision. • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills. • Ability to take ownership, work independently and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
