Responsibilities Financial Analyst I About the Role Are you a finance professional who enjoys balancing analytical problem-solving with hands-on business partnership? As a Financial Analyst I, you'll play a key role supporting our Canada and International business teams. In this position, you'll help drive financial accuracy, support strategic decision-making, and ensure critical business processes run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Process daily sales orders and distributor invoicing activities for the Canada business. Manage inventory reconciliation processes and support inventory accuracy. Support pricing administration, revenue validation, and resolution of system-related issues, including customer and distributor pricing setup. Troubleshoot and support sales order and pricing processes within JDE. Assist with month-end close activities, including revenue cycle journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations. Manage receivables with Canada's primary distributor and coordinate deduction review and processing with headquarters. Prepare and maintain monthly financial reporting packages for Canada and International business teams. Partner with Finance, Commercial, and cost center leaders to develop and manage department budgets. Create purchase orders, review invoices, and monitor SG&A spending to ensure alignment with budget expectations. Coordinate vendor invoice follow-up, billing corrections, and payment inquiries with vendors, Accounts Payable, Finance, and internal business partners. Qualifications What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree REQUIRED - preferrably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in an Accounting or Finance role. Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build and maintain complex formulas, analyses, and financial models. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with JDE and/or TM1 is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate across teams, and drive accurate, timely results.
