Own the plant’s finance function, including month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, inventory accounting, and standard costing. Lead the finance team, strengthen controls and audit readiness, and partner with Operations to investigate variances, improve performance, and support the plant’s start-up and ramp.

Establish and maintain a world-class finance backbone across multiple manufacturing divisions by standardizing controllership processes and reporting. Lead the monthly close, cost accounting, and working capital discipline while partnering with plant leaders to drive operational improvements.
