Develop and oversee operating and capital budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and year-end accounting, while advising managers and senior leaders on financial impacts and budget decisions. Monitor financial transactions and capital projects, support workforce and position budgeting, ensure compliance with accounting and organizational procedures, and provide financial analysis and guidance across the organization.
