Position Requirements: Ideally, you will have 3 years of practice experience specializing in investment funds and asset management, with securities regulatory and wealth management exposure from a leading Canadian or international law firm; Substantive experience in the preparation of prospectuses, offering memoranda, trust agreements/limited partnership agreements, and expertise in investment fund rules and requirements; Excellent academic credentials; and Superior communication and drafting skills. We will also consider candidates with a minimum of 3 years of general corporate and securities law gained from a leading Canadian or international law firm who are looking to specialize in this area.
