Our Montreal-based banking client is seeking an experienced French-speaking Functional Analyst to support a major organizational integration program. The consultant will work with Product Owners, business partners and IT teams to translate business needs into functional solutions across applications, integrations and end-to-end processes. This engagement requires three days onsite per week in Montreal. Responsibilities Translate business needs into functional solutions and deliverables. Define, plan and execute functional analysis activities. Lead workshops with business and technical stakeholders. Perform impact assessments across application functionality, system integrations and end-to-end processes. Gather, document and maintain functional, non-functional, informational and transitional requirements. Maintain requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle. Define functional test scenarios and support functional testing and UAT. Support operational readiness, transition and Agile delivery. Contribute to AI-enabled improvements in requirements analysis and documentation. Mandatory Qualifications Fluency in French. Based in Montreal and able to work onsite three days per week. Banking industry experience. Content-management experience involving DocuSign, CMOD or FileNet. Strong functional requirements gathering and documentation experience. Experience with application functionality and systems integration analysis. Experience facilitating business and technical workshops. Experience supporting functional testing, UAT and solution assessment. Experience working within Agile delivery environments. ,
