Position: FP&A Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $85–$100/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Build bottoms-up annual budgets and multi-year long-range plans with consolidation and approval paths. Produce rolling reforecasts of P&L, cash flow, and KPIs reflecting actuals and updated drivers. Develop headcount and capital expenditure plans with hiring pacing, project approvals, payback, and prioritization. Create monthly management reporting packs with variance commentary and product, customer, or segment profitability analysis using cost allocation methodology. Forecast revenue from bookings, pipeline coverage, and demand signals while documenting model drivers and assumptions. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve financial planning processes. Qualifications Must-Have 4+ years in FP&A at an operating company, owning a plan or a reforecast cycle. Advanced Excel modeling skills and the judgment to explain a variance, not just calculate it. Preferred Experience in finance business partnering or commercial finance. Familiarity with planning systems such as Anaplan, Adaptive, or Pigment.
