Relevant du directeur finance et administration, vous serez responsable de l’ensemble des activités de comptabilité et de trésorerie de l’organisation. Vous assurerez la gestion et la mobilisation de l'équipe de comptabilité. Vous agirez à titre d'expert auprès de la direction et des différents services afin d'assurer la production d'une information financière fiable et pertinente. Vous veillerez au respect des exigences en matière de conformité, de contrôle interne et de saine gestion des liquidités. Par votre approche proactive et à l’aide des technologies, vous optimiserez nos processus comptables. Exigence •Formation universitaire pertinente en finance ou en comptabilité, détenir le titre de CPA et cumuler un minimum de 5 à 10 ans d’expérience dans le domaine; •Expérience confirmée en gestion d'équipe. Profil recherché •Forte aptitude au leadership mobilisateur; •Capacité à allier rigueur financière et efficacité opérationnelle; •Esprit analytique et rigoureux, faisant preuve d'un excellent jugement et d'un sens aigu des priorités; •Expérience démontrée en ERP, clôture mensuelle et en contrôle des coûts.

Requirements
