Représente une clientèle diversifiée composée d’institutions financières, d’entreprises privées, de sociétés ouvertes et d’investisseurs. Principales responsabilités Rédiger et négocier des conventions de prêt et autres documents de financement. Conseiller les clients sur les aspects juridiques liés au financement garanti. Préparer et réviser les documents de sûretés. Participer à la structuration de transactions de financement. Identifier les risques juridiques et proposer des solutions adaptées. Expliquer et vulgariser des concepts juridiques complexes auprès des clients et partenaires.
