We are currently looking to add to our Technology team a Senior Business Analyst with strong analytical skills, who thrives on learning and helping others learn. Investment Technology Team Philosophy You will be part of a team whose mission is to support the various Investment teams in achieving their objectives by delivering high-quality technology tools and solutions. What you'll do here: Your analytical approach and autonomy will be leveraged through continuously evolving responsibilities, including: Process Improvement and Automation Identify and recommend opportunities to improve existing processes. Assess and implement automation solutions using various tools (such as Power Automate) to increase efficiency. Act as a subject-matter expert in automation for various initiatives with other teams. Request Management and User Interface Clarify stakeholders’ needs and requirements for change requests. Document functional and technical requirements to support developers’ work. Serve as the primary point of contact for users, understand their day-to-day challenges, and propose appropriate solutions. Data Analysis and Team Collaboration Create dynamic reports to facilitate access to and understanding of data. Work closely with developers and the technical advisor to ensure solutions are technically feasible and aligned with departmental objectives. What you bring to the table: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. Relevant investment experience (an asset). Knowledge of SQL and experience with Power Automate and Power BI. Knowledge of AI tools such as Builder AI, Copilot, or others (an asset). Initiative and integrity. Team spirit, sound judgment, and critical thinking skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical reasoning abilities. Strong communication skills. Bilingualism (French and English) - Need to interact regularly with colleagues from across the country.
