Job Description: Insight Global is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a growing client focused on building a best-in-class finance function. This individual will play a critical role within the FP&A team, owning budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, cash-flow planning, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, deeply curious about the business, and passionate about turning large volumes of data into meaningful recommendations that drive growth and profitability. This person will work closely with leaders across Retail Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and eCommerce to provide actionable insights, improve reporting capabilities, and support strategic decision-making. The role is well-suited for a finance professional who enjoys automation, leveraging AI tools, building Power BI dashboards, and continuously improving processes while serving as a trusted partner to the business. Must-Haves: 4+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or FP&A Analyst Strong FP&A background with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting Experience with financial planning, budgeting, financial management, and cash-flow forecasting Advanced financial modelling skills in Excel Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models CPA, CA, CGA, CMA, or FP&A designation (strongly preferred) Experience driving process improvement, standardisation, and automation initiatives Experience leveraging AI tools to improve reporting, forecasting, or operational efficiency Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and business leaders Ability to communicate complex financial insights to non-finance stakeholders Experience developing strategies and recommendations to drive business value Plusses: Come from an analyst background SQL experience Retail experience CA or CPA
