Infosys Public Services is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Investment Management SME. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts; deliver high-quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Job Description: The Investment Management SME provides specialized expertise in the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that support investment management operations. The resource acts as a trusted advisor to business and technical teams, ensuring that investment management processes, workflows, reporting, compliance requirements, and financial controls are effectively designed and implemented within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. This role supports solution planning, business process modernization, and the successful delivery of investment management capabilities aligned to organizational objectives. The RFS specifically requires a resource with expertise and at least five 4 years of experience in the design, delivery, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics to support Investment Management in an advisory or dedicated role. Preferred Qualifications Provide subject matter expertise for investment management business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Advise project teams on the design, configuration, and implementation of investment management functionality. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into solution designs and functional specifications. Support configuration and optimization of investment-related workflows, approvals, reporting, and analytics. Assist in defining investment management operating models, governance processes, and business rules. Provide recommendations for portfolio management, investment tracking, performance monitoring, and reporting capabilities. Participate in solution architecture discussions to ensure investment management requirements are effectively addressed. Conduct impact assessments and provide guidance on process improvements and system enhancements. Support testing activities, validation of business requirements, and user acceptance testing. Contribute to knowledge transfer, documentation, and stakeholder training activities. Ensure solutions align with regulatory, audit, security, and organizational governance requirements. Minimum 5 years of experience in the design, delivery, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions supporting Investment Management. Demonstrated expertise in investment management business processes, portfolio administration, investment planning, investment performance tracking, and financial controls. Experience serving in either a dedicated Investment Management role or as an Investment Management advisor/consultant. Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft business applications. Experience working with complex financial and investment data models. Ability to translate business requirements into practical Dynamics 365 solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Experience supporting public sector, financial services, trust management, fiduciary services, or asset management organizations. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Azure, and enterprise reporting solutions. Experience with governance, compliance, audit, and risk-management requirements related to investment activities. Microsoft Dynamics functional certifications and related financial management certifications. At least 4 years of experience designing, delivering, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions that support investment management functions. Proven experience providing advisory services and business guidance for investment management processes. Experience supporting portfolio management, investment monitoring, reporting, and investment-related workflows. The OPGT Investment Management capability includes account management, planning, performance monitoring, investment decision support, acquisition and disposition of portfolio holdings, and advanced analytics. Investment management solution design recommendations. Functional requirements and business process assessments. Configuration guidance and implementation support. Investment workflow, reporting, and analytics recommendations. Knowledge transfer and solution documentation. Advisory reports and stakeholder presentations.
