About the Role Reporting to the Director of Financial Reporting, the Consolidation Analyst will support the monthly consolidation and management reporting process for a large group of entities operating across several business units. Working closely with finance and operational stakeholders, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of consolidated financial information. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly consolidation entries and support the consolidated close process Analyze financial results and assist with management reporting deliverables Reconcile intercompany balances and investigate discrepancies across entities Support quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements Assist with the annual external audit by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests Maintain and enhance consolidation and reporting systems, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency Collaborate with internal finance teams and IT to improve data flows, reporting capabilities, and system functionality Develop and maintain reporting tools, templates, and financial models Provide training and ongoing support to users of consolidation and reporting platforms Participate in process improvement initiatives and other special projects as required Qualifications Actively pursuing the CPA program or interest in pursuing it 2+ years of experience in consolidation, financial reporting, audit, or corporate accounting Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparation Advanced Excel skills and strong systems aptitude Experience working with ERP, financial reporting, or consolidation software is considered an asset Ability to manage large volumes of financial information while maintaining a high level of accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments Bilingualism in English and French is required Why Join?
