Lead and oversee the accounting cycle and financial function across Groupe BOUDA and its entities, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and useful performance analysis. Diagnose and improve financial processes and controls, represent finance in the design and implementation of a future ERP environment, and advise leadership on strategy, growth, and business decisions.
