Provide executive leadership for the province’s treasury activities, including liquidity, banking, borrowing, debt servicing, infrastructure financing, and investment management. Advise government leaders on financial and capital-market matters, lead engagement with financial stakeholders, support budget development, and serve as General Manager of the Municipal Financing Corporation.
