The role involves managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closings, including reconciliations and variance analysis. The analyst will also develop operational budgets, track costs, and provide financial recommendations to support operational decision-making. Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and a CPA designation with 7 to 10 years of similar experience. Proficiency in SAP, HFM, and advanced Office tools is preferred, along with experience in mining or industrial environments.
