Our client, a leading wealth management organization, is seeking a Wealth Planner to provide advanced financial planning strategies and guidance to high-net-worth individuals, business owners, professionals and families with complex wealth planning needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and present comprehensive financial and wealth plans for high-net-worth clients Analyze complex financial situations involving retirement, tax, estate and wealth transfer planning Guide clients through intergenerational wealth transfer strategies Collaborate closely with wealth advisors and internal specialists including tax, estate and insurance experts Build strong relationships with external professionals such as accountants and lawyers Identify opportunities to enhance and deepen client relationships Deliver customized financial planning solutions tailored to each client's objectives Participate in client seminars, workshops and educational events What You Will Receive Competitive base salary of $95,000 to $120,000 Annual performance bonus (target 10%) 4 weeks of vacation 5 personal days 10 paid sick days Comprehensive group benefits package Retirement savings plan with employer matching Employee share ownership program Annual professional development budget Cell phone allowance Expense account & mileage reimbursement for business travel Stable Monday to Friday schedule (approximately 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM) Qualifications University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field Professional designation required: CPA or CFP Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax, advanced financial planning or wealth planning Proven experience working with high-net-worth clients Experience advising clients with $1 million+ in investable assets Strong knowledge of tax planning, retirement planning, estate planning and wealth transfer strategies Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients and advisors Who We're Looking For We are looking for a trusted advisor who enjoys working with affluent clients facing complex financial decisions.
