Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC, for a Real Estate Financial Controller with the potential for a fast-track pathway to becoming CFO. The role involves managing and analyzing financial operations within the company, including preparing financial statements, overseeing financial reporting, supervising accounting processes, and supporting strategic financial decision-making. The candidate will collaborate closely with the CEO (who's a CPA himself) in order to align financial strategies with company goals and contribute to the financial health and growth of the organization. WHAT YOU NEED CPA, CA designation 5+ years in real estate finance / real estate accounting, this is a must.
