Job summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Underwriter/Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services and risk analysis, with excellent mathematical skills. Key Responsibilities Perform in-depth analysis of prospective clients by reviewing supporting documents including bank statements, cashflows, applications, etc. Request and verify documents for application completeness Approve or decline applications Monitor compliance and follow up with credit agreement breaches and submit status report to credit committee Prioritize applications and workflow to ensure consistent and sound risk assessments are maintained while managing high volumes and a continued focus on service excellence. Stays current with latest industry knowledge, competition and market trends Communicate and coordinate with agents, clients and partners Assist credit committee in developing underwriting standards and compliance and control requirements Participate in the collections review committee and establish remedial actions plans based on delinquent accounts Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
