Lead the configuration, implementation and support of financial systems while ensuring change management and training needs are met.


What you'll do:

  • Develop a vision and purpose for the team, including goals and priorities

  • Lead, develop and coach the team on workload, goal-setting and performance management

  • Manage workloads for a cross-functional team

  • Lead system upgrades and implement new functionality

  • Co-ordinate configuration and implementation with all stakeholders

  • Partner with cross-functional colleagues to communicate Finance business requirements

  • In-depth experience in system development and software testing

  • Knowledge of processes, procedures and policies related to key financial disciplines

  • Ability to translate between functional and technical requirements and vice-versa

  • Expert understanding of internal controls network
