About the position:

Digital Impact Holdings inc. (DIH) is a venture studio dedicated to co-launching a portfolio of companies in digital transformation to generate a measurable, beneficial social and environment impact alongside a financial return. DIH is currently looking for a controller to strengthen its financial and administrative team. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Administration, we are looking for a motivated, autonomous individual with a desire to learn, to join an ecosystem of growing companies.

As a member of our team, you will:

  • Plan and coordinate the operational functions related to accounting
  • Coordinate and participate in the month-end process and variation analysis
  • Coordinate and participate in the preparation of the interim and annual financial statements of all entities of the group
  • Coordinate activities with external auditors
  • Support the Director of Finance & Administration in the budgeting process
  • Monitor cash flow for all entities
  • Participate in the implementation of tools aiming to optimize accounting and administrative processes as well as cost optimization
  • Evaluate current processes and controls and implement improvement of internal controls
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of corporate performance measures
  • Assist the HR department in various activities including recruitment, remuneration and HR policies
  • Participate in hiring new team members in the accounting team
  • Support the finance and administrative team in any projects or tasks, as needed


  • Bachelor in Accounting
  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a controller
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong sense of organization and priorities
  • Like to work in a team
  • Be able to take on several tasks simultaneously
  • Desire to learn new skills and tools
  • Fluency in French and English, both oral and written
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your work and its impact on the group’s success


  • Experience in telecommunication industry
  • CPA designation
  • Master in Accounting, Administration or Finance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics
