Thinkmax is a growing company offering a highly energized, success driven, fun and supportive environment. We want to expand our Montreal team by welcoming a Business Analyst, Internal Corporate Services.

Reporting to the Executive Vice-President, Technologies, you will be responsible for providing your internal clients with advice on best business practices and guiding them through the configuration, testing, and implementation of an ERP solutions. You will be part of a highly motivated, dynamic, and powerful team, working in a project-oriented autonomous environment.

We are seeking a candidate with the aptitude for analyzing our internal processes with an ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time. The ideal candidate has experience in IT system implementation and IT process optimization.

Your responsibilities

  • Participate in the analysis of client needs;
  • Advise clients in the choice of functionalities;
  • Support clients in validating and understanding the analysis;
  • Communicate client requirements in functional specifications to the development team;
  • Participate in quality control and ensure the integrity of information;
  • Participate in the implementation of the solution;
  • Document the different solutions implemented (business rules, flow rules, schematics, user documentation, etc.);
  • Train and support users on the solution.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline;
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in finance and accounting
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience as a business analyst in ERP solution implementation;
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving;
  • Knowledge of an ERP system or Dynamics AX / 365 (Asset);
  • Strong organizational skills and sense of priorities;
  • Autonomy and leadership;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French;
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
