What we are looking for:

The RFP Analyst will be part of a dynamic Global RFP Team which responsible for a crucial part of the business development process across regions and channels. The Global RFP Team is responsible for inquiries from our clients and prospects and is a resource about the firm and its strategies. The RFP Analyst will engage with external consultants and databases and complete requests for proposals and due diligence questionnaires. This position offers professional development opportunities and works in collaboration across the firm’s departments.

Your responsibilities:

  • Complete requests for proposals and due diligence questionnaires;
  • Oversee the request for proposal or and due diligence questionnaire process to ensure that timelines and deadlines are met;
  • Ensure that all prospect and client materials are reviewed by senior team members and compliance;
  • Populate 3rd party databases with strategy data on a monthly and quarterly basis;
  • Respond to consultant and client questionnaires and ad hoc requests;
  • Write core responses and tailor as needed in collaboration with subject matter experts;
  • Acquire broad understanding of Fiera Capital investment products and related content and data resources.

Must have requirements to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, applied mathematics, computer science or related field;
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience; internship experience will be considered;
  • Knowledge of the financial industry, investment portfolios and products;
  • Proactive, self-reliant and able to work independently or as part of a team;
  • Exceptional writing skills with a demonstrated attention to detail;
  • Strong analytic ability;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Experience with request for proposal software (RFPIO) or eVestment is an asset.
