Sales Program Analyst
The sales support team of the automotive division is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of sales and related programs, as well as participating in the development and market development initiatives. The current team consists of 3 technicians, who support the daily operations and two analysts, working on reports and analyzes related to existing customers. As part of new projects we are creating a new position.
As such, You will be in charge of analyzing the sales data of the representatives, the calculation of the amounts to be allocated and any report and analysis relating thereto. Your role will also be to support the existing team and sales force, automating, documenting the sales bonus program for all of Canada. You will therefore need to ensure the accuracy of all information collected and produce reports for the various teams involved in this program (HR, IT, Finance).
You must have an analytical mind and be very meticulous in carrying out your tasks. But also have a good sense of relationship, to be able to work in collaboration with the various departments involved in the bonus payment program. We are looking for a person with good ability to manage large projects in the field of sales. With, ideally, a BAC or equivalent training in accounting, finance or economics and a 3 to 5 year experience in a relevant field. You must master Excel and be bilingual (English, French). Cognos knowledge is an asset.
