MEDA (Mennonite Economic Development Associates) is an association of compassionate women and men who invest in people living in poverty around the world so they can unleash their potential to earn a livelihood to provide for their families and enrich their communities. To learn more about MEDA and our work, please visit www.meda.org.

MEDA projects typically involve engagement with private sector partners, outreach to vulnerable populations (especially inclusion or targeting of women and youth), the application of market systems or value chain methodologies and frequently a focus on rural and agricultural communities. In some cases, MEDA projects revolve around investment as the primary vehicle to achieve development outcomes.

In addition to employment opportunities, MEDA recruits individuals for short-term consultancies. These are highly competitive opportunities, available to senior level, experienced individuals who would like to make an impact using their business and/or technical skills in an international development context.
