The Director Student Success Architecture is a senior leader in the Enrolment Services (ES) portfolio and within the Student Experience and Success (SES) division (with responsibilities extending to the Student Life, Engagement, and Development [SLED] portfolio also).
The role is positioned to enable SES to deliver on the College's 3-year and 7-year strategies by ensuring that a robust and responsive infrastructure exists to drive strategy and monitor delivery, coordinate operations, and enrich planning through data analysis and forecasting. As such, the Director has oversight of project coordination; assessment and evaluation of engagement, experience, and learning outcomes (quality assurance); financial, physical, and human resource management; and administrative support functions – all key for lean and intelligent operations.
A strategic thinker, the Director is responsible for the vision of quality assessment and assurance within SES through collaborative, innovative and proven methods – focusing on student success through continuous improvement. Facilitating service enhancements through the oversight of project coordination within the SES Division, the incumbent will ensure excellence through skilfully motivating, communicating and partnering with an unwavering stakeholder focus. In connection to people the Director will support a team of executive coordinators with the aim to improve efficiency and coordination through technology enabled systems, business partnering, and supporting business functions and operations. With a strong operational focus and exceptional financial acumen, the incumbent will be responsible for the Business Operations unit, and by virtue the full financial weight of the SES Division.
