The Compliance Branch of the Tax Compliance and Benefits Division supports career development, diversity and inclusive workplace strategies. We are looking for accounting professionals to conduct field audits and ensure compliance with tax legislation such as the Income Tax Act (Canada), the Electricity Act, the Ontario Corporations Tax Act, the Taxation Act 2007 and other Provincial Tax Acts.
The following positions are available:
• Two (2) permanent positions located at 5 Park Home Ave, Toronto (North York)
• One (1) permanent position which can be located at 5 Park Home Ave, Toronto (North York) or 1400 Blair Place, Ottawa
• One (1) temporary position located at 33 King Street W, Oshawa
• One (1) temporary position located at 119 King Street W, Hamilton
Please note the following:
• Overnight travel may be required to the taxpayer's place of business to complete audit assignments.
• Flexible work arrangements, including flexible hours, and/or remote work, may be considered.
• The positions located at 5 Park Home Ave, Toronto (North York), will be moving to 5700 Yonge St, Toronto, effective March 2023.
• The position located at 1400 Blair Towers Place, Ottawa, will be moving to 347 Preston Street, Ottawa, effective March 2023.
